Good, but needs difficulty level
I liked it, and the videos of the exercises were very helpful. However, I wish there was a way to either skip exercises or possibly a difficulty level setting, as within a 10 min workout, I got thrown 3 exercises I physically can not do (I have very tight tendons in my legs), and two that due to my (lack of) fitness level were nearly impossible.
Also, Id appreciate a warm-up and/or cool-down stretching routine.
Still, I really liked it.
