Great workout app
Ive used this a few times and each time Im done, Im actually looking forward to the next workout. I like that you can customize what you want to work on. I think if there were options for how long you want to do each work out, that would be a nice bonus. I like the 20 minute work out because its all 1 minute intervals, but I would prefer to workout for 30 minutes, but those are all 90 seconds. A good mix of abs, arms, legs and cardio usually leaves me sweating.
